Oregon Community Foundation - Angelina and Pete Costanzo Vocational Education Scholarship

The Angelina and Pete Costanzo Vocational Education Scholarship Fund was established through the Oregon Community Foundation by Frank and Laura Costanzo to honor Frank’s parents. It was the Costanzos’ hope that the spirit, ingenuity and willingness to work that was exemplified by Angelina and Pete during the early part of the 20th century could still be found in our young people today.
